If we fail to launch or deliver your Mutoli products within 2-3 months from your order date, we guarantee a full refund plus an additional ₹10 compensation, transferred directly to the same UPI ID you used for payment.

Refund Processing Time

Automatic Refunds

For launch delays (2-3 month deadline missed):

  • • Processed within 24-48 hours
  • • Sent to original UPI ID
  • • Includes ₹10 compensation
  • • Email confirmation sent

Manual Refunds

For other refund requests:

  • • Review within 24 hours
  • • Processing: 3-5 business days
  • • UPI transfer: 1-2 business days
  • • Total time: 5-7 business days

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Products that have been opened and consumed
  • Returns requested after 7 days of delivery
  • Damage caused by customer mishandling or storage
  • Allergic reactions (customers should check ingredients)
